To avoid unnecessary delays, our cars are equipped with flight-tracking technology, enabling us to monitor flight departure and arrival times in real time and leave you with one less thing to worry about. So what do you need to do? Simple, call us or email us with your departure details. We will calculate the best time for you to be picked up on the day you wish to travel. Then we'll take your return details including your flight number. That's it, it really is that easy!

 

 

 

All our drivers are CRB checked & fully licenced private hire drivers. They all work to the highest standards & will make your journey a pleasure!

Questions you may have:

Q: Do you charge extra for early or late night collection?

A: No all our airport transfer rates are set we don't add a surcharge.

 

Q: How will the driver find us on our return?

A: As pick up areas differ at every airport you will be assured that you will be given clear instructions. We offer a meet & greet service to make life even easier (subject to car park fee). The driver will be waiting inside the airport with a name board. You will also be given the drivers contact number just in case you cannot find him.

 

Q: What if my flight has been delayed?

A: We will track your flight for you & if there is a delay or your flight is early we will alter the booking accordingly.

 

Q: If we go on a long journey can we include a break?

A: Yes, this is never a problem. Ask your driver on collection or make us aware when you book.

 

Q: Do we have to book both ways?

A: No, we can take you or bring you back. As with all journeys booked with Pinnacle Cars no matter where you are we will come to you!

 

Q: Do you charge for extra luggage?

A: No we don't.  If however you are taking additional luggage i.e for a cruise make us aware on booking so we can send a suitable vehicle.
